Irrigation & Drainage in Roseville, CA

Irrigation & Drainage · Roseville, CA

Water Where You Want It — and Away From Where You Do Not

Every yard runs on water management twice a year: keeping plants alive through a Valley summer, and getting winter rain off the property without ponding against slabs and foundations. We build both sides across Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln and across the Placer County corridor — sprinkler and drip irrigation for lawns and planting beds, and surface and subsurface drainage that gives storm water a designed path out.

Irrigation and drainage are also the invisible half of every bigger project we do. New patio? Drainage is planned before the pour. New planting beds around a turf lawn? Drip lines go in with the soil, not as an afterthought. Clients notice — one review calls out concrete, rock, drip system, sprinklers and planting all handled in a single job.

Irrigation That Fits the Landscape You Actually Have

Spray heads watering fences and sidewalks are the Valley's most common landscape waste. We design zones around what is actually planted: drip to trees, shrubs and beds where it feeds roots without evaporating; spray or rotors only where a living lawn genuinely needs them; valves and layout organized so adjustments are simple.

On yards converting to turf, we rework irrigation rather than abandoning it — capping what the lawn no longer needs and redirecting supply to the planting that remains. Less water, healthier beds.

Drainage Is Cheap Insurance Against Expensive Problems

Water standing against concrete undermines base; water standing against the house finds its way somewhere worse. Drainage work is unglamorous and it protects everything else in the yard: grades that move water, catch basins where it collects, French drains where soil will not percolate, and discharge routed to where the water belongs.

Winter is when yards tell on themselves. If yours ponds, squishes into spring, or sends water toward the slab, have us look before the next rainy season loads it again.

Built Into the Project, Not Bolted On

The best time to run pipe is when the yard is already open. Every full build we do — patio, turf, walls, planting — gets water designed in from the first walk-through: sleeves under new concrete for future lines, drip stubbed to every bed, drainage integrated with the grading plan.

That is the practical advantage of one crew doing the whole yard: nothing gets sawcut later to add what should have been under the slab from day one.

How We Work

How a Project With RMR Runs

From the first look at the site to the final walk-through, here is exactly how it goes.

1

Walk the Project

We look at the space in person — grades, drainage, access, what comes out and what goes in. You talk directly with the people who will build it, not a salesman.

2

Written Quote

You get a clear written price for the full scope — concrete, walls, turf, irrigation, the whole build — with finish options laid out so you can decide what fits the budget.

3

We Build It

Proper base prep, forms, reinforcement and drainage before anything gets poured or planted. The crew shows up when we say, keeps the site clean, and communicates every step.

4

Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished project together — finishes, cleanup, care instructions for new concrete and turf. Done means you have looked at every part of it and said so.

Call (916) 533-4758

Can you fix my existing sprinkler system?
Yes — reworks, broken lines, bad coverage, valve and zone problems are regular calls. We assess what is worth keeping, fix what is fixable and tell you straight when a zone is designed wrong enough that rework beats repair.
What is drip irrigation and why use it?
Drip delivers water slowly at the root zone through emitters instead of spraying air and pavement. Beds, shrubs and trees thrive on it, evaporation loss drops, and overspray staining on fences and concrete ends. It is the default for planting areas we build.
My yard ponds every winter — what fixes that?
It depends where the water starts and where it can legally go: sometimes regrading, sometimes catch basins and pipe, sometimes a French drain. We walk it, find the path, and quote the fix in writing.
Do you handle drainage around new concrete?
Always — slope and drainage are designed into every pour we do, and bigger projects get basins, sleeves and lines placed while the ground is open. Concrete and water are only friends when the water is moving.
Will new irrigation lower my water bill?
Converting spray to drip and fixing coverage waste generally cuts landscape water use meaningfully — how much depends on what you are running today. Pair it with turf in the right areas and the summer bill changes character.
